Hello Odyssey Families. This is my 23rd year with the Mukilteo School District and 6th year as the Odyssey Elementary librarian. Reading is one of my favorite activities, so I"m thrilled to provide reading resources, lessons and activities for Odyssey students. Prior to being at Odyssey, I was a classroom teacher (mainly 4th grade). I taught at Endeavour, Olivia Park, and Lake Stickney.

While I spend a lot of time reading, I also enjoy activities like biking, running, walking, and rock climbing. I love traveling and learning about new cultures. I have spent a considerable amount of time studying Spanish both in college and at a language school in Ecuador. I continue to study and practice Spanish to improve my communication skills.

At home I enjoy spending time with my husband and our cats. I also love seeing my friends for fun outings like coffee dates and walks around Greenlake.
